Looking Back on Our History
Established in 2000, ISA was the brainchild of a group of management professionals with the objective of being the BEST in providing value-added certification services. The management and staff was primarily composed of former Quality Directors, Quality Managers, Director of Operations, Vice Presidents, and Supplier Chain Managers of various organizations. This dream team had successfully implemented Quality Management programs in their respective careers and audited hundreds of companies.
As for our frontline auditors, ISA makes it a point to utilize the services of certified professionals accredited by internationally recognized certification bodies, such as the RAB/QSA, Exemplar, and IRCA. We also see to it that the auditors we employ have solid experience in the industry they are tasked to handle.
Our History:
In 2000 – ISA was incorporated in State of California in the U.S.
In 2001 – Achieved ISO 9001 accreditation (Accredited by the U.S.-based accreditation body, ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board or ANAB)
In 2003 – Achieved AS9100 accreditation through ANAB
In 2004 – Achieved AS9120 accreditation through ANAB
In 2009 – Achieved ESD 20:20 accreditation through ESD Association
In 2011 – Started Offering AC0056 Certification
In 2012 – Achieved ISO 14001 accreditation through ANAB (And voluntarily withdrew in 2014 – due to lack of market interest)

To this day, we enforce the same policies that assure the quality of the services we provide.
