ISO REGISTRATION PROCESS WILL HELP SMALL BUSINESSES GROW MUCH FASTER (DEMO)
The U.S. economy is slowly getting back on its feet after its collapse six to seven years ago. A CBS News article published January 15, 2014 details another positive sign for the entire country. It reports:
Small businesses, the backbone of the U.S. economy, are not only hiring, but also feeling more optimistic about the future and boosting their capital spending. Small business owners increased employment by an average of 0.24 workers in December, the best number since February 2006, the National Federation of Independent Business said Tuesday. That increase is significant, with the small-business sector representing roughly half the private-sector economy. The NFIB survey “shows that the outlook for the labor market is improving,” said Ed Yardeni, president and chief investment strategist at investor advisory firm Yardeni Research, in a note to clients. “Even more encouraging is that the percentage of firms with one or more job openings rose to 23 percent, the highest since January 2008.”The article also mentioned that businesses are also bound for a rocky year ahead due to adjustments that must be made as a result of Obamacare. Nevertheless, small businesses are looking forward to a productive 2014. Despite the comforting news, small businesses should consider consultation with a reliable ISO 9001 registrar like International Standards Authority. There are some reasons why small businesses should consider making the leap. First, ISO 9001 certification assures clients that a company is optimized to meet the needs of the industry it belongs to. A company certified as per global standards will attract a number of potential clients toward it. Second, effective implementation of the ISO-approved mechanism means better efficiency, better management of resources, and better morale among the employees. This is important for small businesses looking to expand as good financing will help spur the business forward. Businesses will also need all the resources they have to meet the requirements of Obamacare. Small businesses have a lot to gain from going through the ISO registration process. Businesses looking to grow should seriously consider registering for one. (Source: In good sign for U.S. economy, small businesses boost hiring, CBS News, January 15, 2014)
